Please read these terms carefully before using Shivora Billing. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Shivora Billing ("the App"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Shivora Billing (MicroDream Software Consultancy, "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this app.
These Terms apply to all users of Shivora Billing on the Google Play Store and any other distribution channels.
Shivora Billing is an offline billing and invoicing application designed for small businesses, shops, retail vendors, and freelancers. The app provides the following core features:
All features operate entirely on your device. No internet connection is required for core billing functionality.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Shivora Billing for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the app as intended.
Shivora Billing requests the following Android permissions and you consent to their use for the stated purposes:
You can revoke any permission at any time through Android Settings โ Apps โ Shivora Billing โ Permissions.
All hardware features (camera, microphone, NFC) are declared as android:required="false" in our app manifest โ meaning the app installs and runs on devices without these hardware features.
All content you create in Shivora Billing โ product names, prices, customer details, invoices, and transaction history โ is your property. We make no claim over any content you create using the app.
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data using the in-app export feature and saving backups in a secure, separate location.
You agree not to use Shivora Billing for any of the following purposes:
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in termination of your license to use the app and, where applicable, may be reported to relevant authorities.
Shivora Billing enables you to export your billing and invoice data as files (CSV, PDF, and other formats) to your device storage. You may then share these files using any application installed on your Android device.
The export mechanism uses Android's secure FileProvider component. When you share files, you are sharing directly with the receiving app through Android's share sheet. Shivora Billing is not involved in or responsible for how the receiving application handles shared files.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you export and share complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws relevant to your customers and jurisdiction.
Shivora Billing is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Shivora Billing is a billing aid tool. Always verify critical financial calculations independently. Do not rely solely on the app for tax calculations, legal compliance, or official financial reporting without independent verification.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for entered data accuracy and generated bills.
We are not responsible for:
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (zero, in the case of a free app).
We may release updates to Shivora Billing through the Google Play Store to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may change, add, or remove features and may modify these Terms.
We will notify users of material changes via Play Store update notes or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue Shivora Billing at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any planned discontinuation.
Your license to use Shivora Billing terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your devices.
You may terminate your use at any time by simply uninstalling the application. Note that uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored billing data.
Sections relating to Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to first contact us at shivoraapp@gmail.com to resolve disputes informally. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
